340B Policy Intelligence
A login-gated, continuously maintained tracker of drug-manufacturer 340B contract-pharmacy restriction policies, the state laws that respond to them, and the litigation shaping both.
Informational resource only — not legal advice.
What it is
340B Policy Intelligence compiles, cites, and version-tracks the 340B contract-pharmacy restriction policies published by drug manufacturers, the state contract-pharmacy laws enacted in response, and the active litigation. Operational analyses are written against a reference covered-entity profile — a generalized covered entity — rather than any named hospital, health system, or individual, so the guidance generalizes across similar programs.
Who it is for
340B program staff, pharmacy and compliance teams, and the counsel advising them — anyone who needs a current, sourced picture of a fast-moving policy area without stitching it together from dozens of manufacturer letters and dockets.
Why you can trust it
- Every claim is cited or marked Unknown. A restricted-status claim without a supporting citation is downgraded to "Unknown" before publication — it is never asserted unsourced.
- Validation gates. Automated checks enforce row-count, litigation-completeness, citation, and link-integrity rules on every build; a failure blocks publication.
- Deterministic build. The site and dataset are rebuilt byte-for-byte from the same inputs, so what you read is reproducible, not hand-edited.
- Versioned, immutable snapshots. A public dataset is published as dated, immutable snapshots (JSON, CSV, SQLite, and XLSX) under CC BY 4.0, with a SHA-256 manifest — you can pin to a version and verify it.
